1. Turbo Nozzle Precision Pressure Wash
We begin with an industrial-strength pressure wash of the full undercarriage, including the frame, front & rear suspension, rear end, under cab, under box, to remove:

Old undercoating that's failing or trapping moisture
**Spare Tire Removal Included (trucks). We drop the spare to expose hidden surfaces and clean areas most shops ignore.**

2) Manual & Mechanical Descaling (If Required)

3) Corroseal Rust Converter + Primer
We apply Corroseal to the entire underside of the vehicle:

Corroseal chemically converts rust into black magnetite while laying down a primer base.

4) DTM (Direct‑to‑Metal) Protective Paint
After a dry time, we coat the entire treated area with industrial‑grade DTM paint designed to bond to:

5 ) OPTIONAL – Platinum Undercoating
We apply a premium undercoating for:

**Masking is extra as all vehicles are different: possibly 1-1.5 hrs, if necessary, @ $170 per hr**
We mask exhaust, heat shields, sensors, & any components that must remain serviceable. We do not blindly spray everything black — we are selective, precise, & careful. Additional cost could be as high as $225; regardless, we cover the entire vehicle with poly from front to back & seal the poly before applying the undercoat. No overspray = happy customer.
We also drop the spare tire to undercoat the rear box & treat/coat the inside of the front & rear bumpers, as experience shows these rot from the inside out.
Why it matters: This is your outer armour — the layer or coating protecting your frame, so the paint doesn’t have to even try, which it can't.
Budget: 3–4 hours @ $325/hr (includes Platinum Shield product)

6) OPTIONAL – Internal Frame Corroseal Rust Killer
For maximum protection, we treat the inside of the boxed frame, crossmembers, & inner rockers.
Once the inner rockers rust, replacing them costs $3,000 per side. If we catch them early, rust killer + wax can extend their life indefinitely.
We inject Corroseal through all access points to kill rust from the inside out.

7. OPTIONAL – Internal Frame Cavity Wax
Using custom wands, we fog the inside of your boxed frame with a self‑healing cavity wax.
This protects the internal rust killer the same way DTM paint protects the outside. Inside the frame, we use Platinum Wax — creating a barrier against the mud and dirt that WILL get back in there.
This protects your frame from the inside out, indefinitely.
